The film Half of the World by Jérôme Furrer (music by Pierre Funck) has been nominated for the competition “Pardi di domani” on the 67th Locarno Film Festival.

This year’s bachelor and master graduation films of the Zurich University of the Arts, including the film Half of the World by Jérôme Furrer with music by Pierre Funck, will be screened on 16–19 and 23–26 June 2014 in the ZHdK Vortragssaal, Ausstellungsstraße 60. Details here.

The animation film From Earth and Ink by Jonathan Laskar (music by Pierre Funck) has won the Basel film award in the category art films, endowed with CHF 3000.

On 28 April 2014 the University of St. Gallen published their new promotional film, produced by instantview and Zense, and with music by Pierre Funck. After a couple of days the film got over 10,000 YouTube clicks. Here are two reviews, one by St. Galler Tagblatt and one by NZZ Campus.

At the Festival Face à Face in Saint-Étienne, the film Hazel by Tamer Ruggli (original music by Pierre Funck) has won the audience award for short films and the “Prix spécial du Jury” for short films. Details here.
